Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026 · AxiomTCG is operated by Limitless 333 LLC.

1. What we collect

Account information: your email address and sign-in identity when you create an account (for example through Google sign-in).

Game data: your cards, gems, packs, marketplace listings, ratings, creator name, and creations you make.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmation and billing details but never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the game running and improve it.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the game (your collection, purchases, and membership), to show your chosen creator name on your cards and listings, to process payments and prevent fraud, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. What other players see

Other players can see your chosen creator name, your public creations and cards, your marketplace listings, and your rankings. Your email address and gem balance are never shown to other players.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run the game (hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI services that generate and review artwork), and when required by law.

5. Your choices

You can choose or change your creator name in the app, cancel your membership at any time, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and personal data; creations you assigned to us may remain in the game as described in our Terms of Service.

6. Children

Purchases are limited to adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has made a purchase, contact us and we will review it under our Refund Policy.

7. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: chad@blissfuel.co, or by mail at Limitless 333 LLC, 3278 S Whitepost Way, Eagle, ID 83616, USA.

This policy is a working draft prepared for the pilot launch and should be reviewed by a lawyer before real-money sales begin.
