Terms of Service

AxiomTCG is a digital trading-card game where you collect cards, open packs, create original characters, and trade with other players. These terms govern your use of the game and website. By using AxiomTCG you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must sign in with a valid account and keep your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to make any purchase, including gem bundles and memberships. If you are under 18, you may only use the free features of the game with a parent or guardian's permission, and you may not make purchases.

Axiom Gems, cards, packs, and other in-game items are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred outside the game, or sold outside the in-game marketplace. We may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual items as needed to operate and balance the game. All sales of virtual items are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

Packs contain randomly selected cards. The chances of each rarity and finish are published on our Odds page. Buying or opening a pack does not guarantee any particular card.

The AxiomTCG membership is a monthly subscription at $9.99 USD per month. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page; your benefits remain active until the end of the paid period. Membership benefits (such as extra daily packs, daily gems, and a monthly free creation) are described in the app and may change with notice.

When you create a character or card in AxiomTCG, you assign to Limitless 333 LLC all rights you may lawfully transfer in that creation, including artwork, names, and descriptions generated through the service, so that we can use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it within the game, in marketing, and in physical or digital products. To the extent any rights cannot be assigned, you grant Limitless 333 LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use the creation for those purposes.

You keep credit as the creator: your chosen creator name appears on your cards. You represent that your prompts and ideas do not knowingly copy another brand, franchise, or person's protected work. We may reject or remove creations that infringe third-party rights.

Note: artwork generated entirely by AI may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. This section transfers whatever rights exist and can lawfully be transferred.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, tamper with game data, buy or sell accounts or virtual items outside the game, or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and virtual items may be forfeited without refund.

The in-game marketplace lets players list and buy cards with Axiom Gems. Sales are final and confirmed before completion. Sellers receive the listed price in gems. Marketplace activity has no cash-out option.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless 333 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
